Design
Design is the core service of Ozmarin. We design various kinds of ships including concept design, basic design, detail design. The technical team of Ozmarin translates the designs for the workers as production design who work to build a ship. We have our own set of teams and facilities to build ships as the client desires. We use the ship designing CAD software packages for drafting concept, construction, outfit, engineering drawings.
Detail Engineering
Our detail engineering department covers the complete range of marine engineering from construction workshop drawings, production fairing, shell plate development, pipe isometrics and outfitting drawings to tailor-made production information.
Operational Support
Through an almost 40 years of experience, we have developed a hands-on and no-nonsense attitude towards operational support. We assist our customers in all operational questions, complex calculations and other challenges.
ABOUT OZMARIN
Ozmarin is a ship design & consulting company in Istanbul, Turkey. It was built in 2001 by Hamit Ozen and has been helping develop the ship industry ever since. With our large portfolio and successful line of work, we continue to provide the best service to our customers. In addition to design, we provide consultancy services in other areas, including material and equipment selection; layout coordination; operation planning; block manufacturing, and assembly during the shipbuilding stage.
ABOUT HAMIT OZEN
The founder of Ozmarin & an engineer with a life full of great achievements. After graduating from Istanbul Technical University in 1980, Hamit directly started working as an engineer in Erdem Shipyard. In just two years, he became the Shipyard Manager in his new job at Madenci Shipyard and worked there for 11 years. Being good at his job and getting the respect he deserves from the community, he went on to work in Yard?mc? Shipyard as the General Manager. In 1996, he decided to do his designing job and worked from home until 2001, where he decided to start the company.
